this terrace was hidden among other buildings. the staffers i encountered, a man and a woman, were pleasant and professional. they were also quite helpful with directions.
the hotel gave unclear directions on how to reach the parking. i ended up using a public parking at the same costs. i still had to pay the hotel for the whole day of parking despite not using it (i returned the keys immediately).

i found the location very convenient. the hotel is situated in a quiet area only a short walk from a metro station. the breakfast included a good selection of french items.
the room i was in, did not entirely resemble the photos online.

the reception lady was amazing! she was very kind, helpful, and customer oriented. the location provided easy access to roland garros stadium and the seine river. i found the staff super kind and helpful. the perfect location was a bonus, especially with my need to visit parc des princes.
the room we stayed in did not precisely match the pictures online, but this was a minor issue.
